A 96 sample cycle sequencing set run on the Parallab
350TM with 500nl reaction size, 90ng PGEM template, 1.25pmol
primer, 190nl Big Dye, thermal cycling conditions: (96℃/0sec; 50℃/0
sec, 60℃/45sec) X 35 cycles sequencing performed on an ABI 3730xL.
The above data shows the sample-to-sample uniformity of the processing
using the Nano-Pipettor and the high speed thermal cycler. Q20 average
= 858, Pass rate = 98%, Min = 61, Max = 918 |
