Serial dilutions of input template: 500nl reactions
were performed using a 1/42nd Big Dye reaction. The pGEM template
was serially diluted to span a 16 fold dilution range from 90.00ng
to 5.63ng per reaction. Samples were then SPRI purified. Sequenced
on both an ABI 3730xl and an ABI 3700.
Shown are data from both sequencers graphed with PHRED score verses
signal strength (x,y).
