Uniform read lengths within a run of 96 samples:
Shown are the PHRED 20 scores from a 96 sample set processed on
the Parallab 350, SPRI purified and then sequenced on an ABI 3730xl.
The reaction size is 500nl: with 190nl of Big Dye and 1.25pmol M13
primer. The average PHRED score is 858 and the standard deviation
is 96 bases. The total processing time for this reaction set was
1.5 hours including purifying the samples and cleaning the Nano-Pipetter
for reuse. |
